Luxury Stacks conducts business intimate entertainment. There is no dating and there is no personal intimacy, there is no personal entertainment.

1. Scope of Mobile Services
We offer private entertainment and professional dancing across a variety of mobile and off-site environments, including but not limited to:
Private Vehicles: Personal cars, Luxury Limousines, and Party Buses.

Accommodations: High-end Hotels and Luxury Suites.
Professional Spaces: Private Offices and Corporate Suites.

Private Residences: Houses, Apartments, and Estates.

2. Location-Specific Requirements
To maintain the "Luxury Stacks" standard, the following environment-specific rules are enforced:
Transit Services (Limo/Party Bus/Car): All vehicles must be stationary or operating under a professional chauffeur agreement. For personal vehicles, the engine must be turned off, and the car must be parked in a secure, private location.
Office & Residential: The client warrants that the space is private and that they have the legal right to authorize entertainment services within that specific room or suite.

3. Mandatory Safety & Privacy Protocols
Regardless of the location, the following protocols are non-negotiable:
Safety Monitoring: All interactions in cars, offices, residences, or buses are recorded and monitored for the safety of both the Luxury Stacks performer and the client.

No Third-Party Interlopers: The service area must be free of any undisclosed individuals.
Recording Privacy: All video recounts remain strictly confidential and are held in a secure vault. They are only accessed for legal verification or to assist in safety-related disputes.

Environmental Hygiene: The client is responsible for providing a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment.

4. The owner-operator or Manager of Luxury Stacks, reserves the right to immediately terminate any session and to make any sudden notifications to vacate the premises (or vehicle) if any of the above conditions are not met. In the event of a safety or hygiene-related termination, all payments are non-refundable.

Legal Disclosure: Professional Boundaries & Non-Affiliation

Nature of Services:

Luxury Stacks is a professional entertainment entity providing specialized services, including but not limited to intimate dance, host/hostess attention, and mobile/travel entertainment. All services performed by Luxury Stacks and its representatives are provided strictly for entertainment purposes only.

No Personal or Legal Binding Relationship:

The provision of entertainment services, regardless of the level of personal attention or intimacy involved in the performance, does not constitute, create, or imply:

A personal, romantic, or domestic relationship.

A legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

Any fiduciary duty between Luxury Stacks and its vendors, customers, clients, or third parties.

Independent Contractor Status:

All interactions are governed by a professional business-to-client or business-to-vendor framework. No actions performed during the course of mobile or stationary entertainment shall be construed as a waiver of these professional boundaries.

Limitation of Liability:

Luxury Stacks and its affiliates maintain a strict separation between professional performance and personal life. Clients and third parties acknowledge that payment for services rendered is solely for the professional time and talent provided and does not entitle the recipient to any legal interest in the business or any personal claim toward its staff or affiliates.

Strict No-Tolerance Policy:

Entertainment Only: Our services are exclusively for entertainment and private dancing performances.

No Solicitation: We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the solicitation of illegal acts, including sex work or prostitution. Any such requests will result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

Professional Boundaries: Our entertainers maintain strict professional boundaries. We are here to provide an elite atmosphere and high-quality entertainment, and we expect a mutual level of respect from all clients.

By booking with Luxury Stacks, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of professional conduct.

Luxury Stacks reserves the right to cancel any agreed upon services if the vendor, third party, Client, or customer violates, plan to violate or attempt to violate Luxury Stacks code of conduct, privacy policy, payment policies and terms and conditions.
